From Akwar Abi Said bin Zaid 'Amru bin Nufel r.a (he was one of the ten people who was witnessed to enter Heaven ) who said: “I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “He who is killed while guarding his property is a martyr, he who is killed while defending himself is a martyr, he who is killed while defending his religion is a martyr, and he who dies protecting his family is (also) a martyr."

Huraian Hadith: 
Every Muslim is obliged to preserve his and his family’s honour from intrusions and invasions even though they had to deal with dangers and difficulties. Thus, those who were killed by it are considered a martyr. Islam also commanded its followers to always maintain the dignity of the religion so that it will not be condemned by others especially the non-Muslims.
