Client's Charter
We promise to carry out our responsibilities and act as the main central agency in providing quality service in Islamic affairs management through coordination of effort and improvement of quality service in the fields of da’wah, research, legislation, training, education and socio-economic development by providing the following services:
- To prepare da’wah programmes and implementation progress according to schedule;
- To prepare research results within six months after instruction is received;
- To prepare various programmes about Islam for daily television and radio broadcast at the exact allocated time and presented in attractive and easily understandable way;
- To prepare basic Islamic education and al-Quran study to children aged six to 12 years old according tocurrent abilities;
- To provide results onto the application of establishment of al-Quran and Fardhu Ain (KAFA) classes within three weeks after application is received;
- To prepare legal draft within six months after all policies decision;
- To issue Halal Certificate for food and Muslim consumer goods within one week after report and certification is received;
- To publish and distribute books, magazines and brochures according to schedule;
- To prepare quality sermons which cover the fields of faith (aqidah), Islamic law, moral, economy, social and current issues;
- To provide trainings in a planned, integrated and professional way according to priority and current needs; and
- To ensure that all completed payment claims are accepted and paid within 14 days.
