28 January 2026 – Darul Quran has today organized the Huffaz Day Program: A Step to the Ivory Tower located in the Muktamar Hall, Darul Quran, aimed at providing exposure and guidance to students on educational pathways that can be explored after graduation.This program has been inaugurated by the Director of Darul Quran, Tuan Haji Mohd Ansarullah bin Mohd Hashim. Also present to liven up the program is Deputy Academic Director, Dr. Muhammad Yusry bin Mazlan, and Chief Assistant Director of Student Affairs (HEP), Ustaz Ahmad Dasuki bin Hashim. This program involves the participation of students of Sixth Semester Darul Quran as well as students from Additional Location of Darul Quran (LTDQ).
Among the main fillings of the program are the briefing sessions by the Degree Section, Education Malaysia Division (BEM), University Central Unit (UPU), People's Trust Council (MARA) as well as the Hafiz Financing Scheme (SPH) JAKIM in relation to continuing education opportunities and specific funding facilities for the huffaz group.
Besides that, this program is also included with the educational exhibition involving higher education institutions, namely Sultan Azlan Shah University (USAS), Islam University Selangor (UIS), Uttara University Malaysia (UUM), International Islamic University Malaysia (UIAM), National University of Malaysia (UKM), University of Malaya (UM), University of Islamic Science Malaysia (USIM), Open University Malaysia (OUM) and Sultan Zainal Abidin University (UniSZA).
The organization of this program hopes to help Darul Quran students plan their academic direction more clearly, systematically and focused, in line with the aspirations of producing competitive and quality huffaz at the higher level of education.
