JAKIM TV is a platform to disseminate Islamic-oriented content implemented by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) to the Muslim community especially in Malaysia. In the early stages of TV JAKIM was introduced, most of its contents were Video On Demand (VoD) and subsequently extended to the broadcast programme, live streaming through JAKIM TV's Official Portal www.tvjakim.my.
JAKIM TV is not only watched by consumers in Malaysia but it has also reached worldwide audience. As JAKIM as the leading agency in Islamic affairs in Malaysia, it also organizes large-scale events such as the Quran Recitation and Memorisation Event, The Convention of the Halal Certification Body, MABIMS Convention and many others.
